1.  One entry per household. Entry may be by post card sent to Augsburg Academy, PO Box 140, Beltsville, MD 20704-0140, or via our web site at AugsburgAcademy.net, or at our Academy display located at The Gardens Ice House, 13800 Old Gunpowder Road, Laurel, MD 20707. Additional registration sites may be available and announced through our web site.
2.  Contest open to legal residents of the State of Maryland only 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Augsburg Academy and members of their immediate families and households are ineligible to participate or win.
3.  Prize is one (1) full-tuition scholarship for the 2008-2009 for a single student. Winner must meet Academy admissions requirements.
4.  We are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
5. We are not responsbile for lost, stolen, mangled, misdeliverd, postage due, illegible, incomplete or late entries.
6. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Academy will reject and delete any entry that is discovered to be fraudulent or false.  We will disqualigy any entry from individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements, as well as any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Only Privacy Protection Act.
7. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
8.  Decisions of the Academy leadership with respect to the contest are final.
9.   Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
10.  The Academy, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Academy's Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
11.  The Academy reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. 
12. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Academy. 
13. The Academyis not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
